DM Custom Build respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what choices you have.

Who we are. DM Custom Build is a painting and remodeling company serving Ponte Vedra Beach and the surrounding North Florida area. You can reach us at (904) 587-9241.

What you give us. When you fill out a form, request an estimate, or contact us, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, project address, and any details you choose to share about the work you want done.

What we collect automatically. Like most websites, ours records basic technical information when you visit, such as your browser and device type, your general location, the pages you view, and how you found us. This is collected through cookies and similar tools and is not used to identify you personally.

How We Use Your Information

We use what we collect to answer your request, schedule an estimate, prepare and send you a quote, and stay in touch with you before, during, and after a project. We also keep records for accounting, warranty, and legal purposes, and we look at basic traffic numbers so we know which pages are useful to visitors.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade it to anyone.

Calls, texts, and email. If you give us your phone number or email address, you agree that we may contact you about your request or your project. Message and data rates may apply. You can ask us to stop at any time by telling us directly or by replying STOP to a text.

Cookies. Cookies are small files your browser stores. Some are necessary for this site to work. Others help us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may not work as well if you do.

Sharing, Your Rights, and Contact

Who we share with. We share your information only when we need to, and only with the people who help us do the work: our website host and the software we use to run the business, subcontractors and suppliers when your project requires it, professional advisors such as our accountant or insurer, and anyone we are legally required to share it with, such as in response to a court order. Each of them is expected to keep your information confidential and use it only for the purpose we gave it to them for.

How long we keep it. We keep estimate requests and project records for as long as we need them for the job, for warranty questions that may come up later, and for tax and legal recordkeeping. When we no longer need your information, we delete or destroy it.

How we protect it. We use reasonable safeguards, including secure hosting and limited access to our accounts. No website is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security, but we take the responsibility seriously.

Your choices. You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct anything that is wrong, ask us to delete it unless we are required to keep it, and ask us to stop sending you marketing messages. Call us at (904) 587-9241 and we will take care of it.

Children. This website is not intended for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Other websites. Our site may link to other websites, such as our review pages or social profiles. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, so please read their policies.

Changes to this policy. We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page, and the change takes effect as soon as it is posted.
